Planet Sand is a hot desert world with a elegantly crafted cities built by seemingly un-evolved hairy by-ped sand creatures. Through Zera’s eyes we learn that things are not as they seem. The Sand Creatures are a highly evolved species with telepathic powers and a linked spirit. The Sun people, who were thought to be intelligent, are found out to be careless and ignorant.
