Relizing that his people were out to get him, Femur tries to get on the Alliances' good side again, starting with Lord Mantel. This did not go very well! Meanwhile, the Alliance is having a food shortage and won't raid Bone because that's not their life style anymore. Femur makes his way to Planet Ice to try and reason with King Cryos, which ends up with the same result as with Lord Mantel, but Graveheart hints that Femur could go to the "...lead Battle Moon..." to see Pyrus. Pyrus isn't very glad to see Femur, but Femur apologies (which he's never done before in his life). Pyrus then suggests that they need a solution to the Alliances' food shortage. Femur litterly drops food onto Planet Ice and Bone rejoins the Alliance.

#18. Sandstorm
The Alliance, while running from the Beast Planet, comes across a new planet in the Solar system; Planet Sand. Graveheart, Cryos, Jade and Zera went to the Planet to warn the beings that they were right in the Beast Planet's path. Planet Sand also had world engines. Graveheart, Jade, Cryos and Zera fly to the planet to warn them for the on-coming threat. Two different types of beings live on the Planet of Sand; the Sun People and the Sand People. The Sand People are viewed as primitive, un-educated, non-verbal, 'stupid' beings, so the deligets from the Alliance speak only to the Sun People about the looming danger. After a Beast Drone attack, the Sun People finally believe Graveheart and the others about the Beast and agree to allow them to help. Zera thinks that there is more to the Sand People than everyone else thinks, and she treats them as equals. Zuma, one of the Sand People leads the group to the telepod, but it has been damaged with sand. While Jade runs to get a sonic cannon, Zuma takes Zera to a deep hole with stones to climb down into it. At the bottom, Zuma finally speaks to Zera, and reveals that SHE and her kind are telepathic. Zuma helps Zera get to the world engines and Planet Sand joins the fleeing Alliance. The Sand People are welcomed into the Alliance and since the Sun people share the planet, they are accepted as well. ^_^
