For making an appearance in two episodes out of thirty-nine and being a major character is pretty good. Turbo is old friend of Guardian 452, Bob and head of all the Guardians of the Net. Even though he's in charge of everyone, he has a councel of several others to aide him in decision making; the easy ones and the hard ones. His key-tool is named Copland.
For a while, nothing was hear of him; he just seemed to disappear, thought only as a cameo in "Trust No One". Suddenly and completely unexpectedly, Turbo apprears in a system, hunting for Bob.
Instead of finding Bob, Turbo found a grown Enzo Matrix, who had Bob's Guardian protocol. The Prime Guardian informs the cadet (Matrix) that a Super Virus (Daemon) infected the entire Guardian collective (including himself), except for Bob and Matrix. Turbo tells Enzo to find Bob because they are the only hope for the Net.
